Crosstab query will not search between dates on a form

I have constructed a crosstab query. When I use the query builder to search between dates I have entered on a separate form I get an error message. I have entered a normal between dates (using the dates in the criteria cell and it works ok. It doesn't seem to like the query builder method using a separate form

I have came up against another problem with my crosstab query.
In my tables, I am monitoring the if components are OK and Not OK. I also monitor the reason why they are NOK and the quantity of OK/NOK components.
When I run the query, it shows me the OK results when there are NOK parts included. When there or no NOK parts it does not show the OK results. I need to see the quantity of OK components, even if there are no NOK components found.

The file is too big to attach. It exceeds the limit and I don't have winzip. Any other suggestions?

    Hopefully this has worked.

If you run 'qry Bay crosstab' you will see that all line items with Quantity OK also have a Total of Quantity (which means Qty Not OK).
However there are records in the query which have a Quantity OK but the total of Quantity (NOK) is 0. Those records don't appear in the crosstab but I need them to.
If you look at frm_MainForm the records with process ID 150 and 189 are examples of this.

I have unzipped it and it works fine. Could it be that I am working in access 2010 and/or Windows 10?

I'm not at my computer, but that sounds like what I got as well. I don't think Win 10 would do it, but I'll try on my Win 10 laptop later.

I have tried to save the format to mdb using the File-Save as function but I get an error message saying some of the functions in Office 2010 prevent it being used in an earlier version of Access.
    Any other suggestions?
