Need help on Access Attachments Migration to SQL server 2014

    Hi All,

Good Day, I am trying to migrate my Access 2013 database to SQL server 2014. I used SSMA to do the same. I am stuck with the Attachments type. All the data is moved except the attachments. I would like to know if there is any option to Store the documents in SQL server and retrieve them when required.

Thank you very much in advance for your help on this.

    Best Regards,

    Saha

Store the attachments in file folders. Store the path to them in the table.

    Hi Ranman,

Thank you very much for the response. I have multiple forms(used to feed the tables) with attachments in my DB. So Can we do that for all of them and have one single file location. If yes, kindly advise me on how to do that as I am novice to Access and still learning.

    Best Regards,
    Saha
