Show All Records With Same ID On One Page

I have grouped by, and said to show all on one page, but my access report refuses to show all iteminfo on one page that has the same ID.

My query looks like this (that the report is based on)
Select utilID, utilName, utilItem, utilItemCode, utilQuantity from utility

but each utilItem - utilQuantity is placed on an individual page.

What do I need to change so they all display on one page?

In the report, set the top group sort to ID, then name.
set the report property KEEP TOGETHER =true
