Filtering out employees with a termination date from a report...

Let me start by saying I'm terrible with Access. Now with that said, I'm running a report that shows training history for employees, it works fine, however employees with termination dates are also showing up on the report. I can't seem to get them to stop showing up, any ideas?

If you're using a query, put
Is Null
in the criteria of that field. If the report isn't based on a query, you can use a wherecondition with OpenReport.
