Pinning tables and queries to the top of the page

I have several databases and some of them have a convenient pinning of the open tables and queries at the top and some i have to use the mouse to find different open windows. Is there a feature i can turn on or off that pins newly opened tables and queries?

    Go to File>Options>Current Database
Then click the radio button for 'Tabbed Documents'.
