Have you already built your tables and Forms for this project? If so, then provide us with what your tables look like. Then build a query to extract your required data. Use the query as your record source for your Report Design.

Thanks for the response. I am new to this forum and I was going to attach the database with the table and report since it is small but I can't figure out how to include an attachment in a post.
    Sorry

Click on Go Advanced in the reply window. Scroll down to Manage Attachments and follow the wizard.

Usually reports don't do well with a table as a record source. Create a query first that contains the data in the format you want to see it displayed on the report, then use that query as your record source for the report. If necessary, sometimes a report/subreport format works better.

This is a similar question but the same topic, I have a report which is based on a query and the results are ok and will work but I woul like to output the report in such a manner that instead of this format:
    Road name Grid
    Smith Rd A1
    B1
    C1

    I want it to return:
    Road name Grid
    Smith Rd A1, B1, C1

    Any help is appreciated!

Maybe this function by Allen Browne is what you need:

    Concatenate values from related records
