    big trouble

    project - car rental services

a few tables and forms created such as new rental, add new car, view car details, add new customer, view customer details

After a customer makes rental, logically the car will be not avaiable for the next customer.

how can the form automatically add a sentence " currently unavailable " in view car details after a customer make rental?

attributes in rental ::: rental id , customer id , rent time , rent date , car id , numbers of day rent

    how can i do it??

    You just laid it out.
    tCars table
    VIN, make, model, year, RentID

if RentId is null then The car is available.
    TCustomers table
    tEmployees table

    TRentals table
    RentId,RentDate,ClientId,DaysToRent,VIN, EmpID,returnDate

use the form wizard to make a detail form of every table.
make a main menu form for user to pick each one to open. A button to open each.
the rental form, put combo boxes, 1 for the list of clients, 1 for cars.
the query to pick cars would only pull items NOT in the tCar.VIN field. (Using an outer join)

    still a bit confuse .
need to make that car shows " currently unavailable " if current date and time is still under the range of the rental date and time.
After customer return the car, the car change to " available " again , so that next customer can choose that car

You could have a field in the vehicles table, or a different vehicleStatus table to show vehicles available/unavailable.
