How to view all records in a table from a related table

I am a fairly novice Access user. I know the basics but need some advice on how to handle a large database and be able to make changes across many records.

I have a table with a list of people (including their contact information), a table with a list of groups that the people could belong to, and a related table that brings the two together, allowing multiple people to belong to multiple groups. My question is mainly for filling out the related table. I can add each record one by one, choosing a name then choosing a group and so on, but is there a way to view the complete list of names in the related table so I can quickly add a group for each?

    I appreciate any advice.

    Thanks!
