Access query link with a excel pivot table

I have a link text file with access & then i create a query, after this query i linked with a excel for a pivot table. but in the pivot table few other data displayed which is not available in my particular query column. please help to fix the issue.

Did you transfer data from access to excel?
or are you using ADO ,DAO?

i would exprt the query via transferspreadsheet. Then all fields are available.

I have another query pvt no data showing as a text file what should i do.
