Saved Export Specs in a shared runtime DB

    Hi All,

I'm currently building a database that will end up being a shared runtime file (accdr). I am building a routine to export a query that needs to be in tab delimited format. My issue here is that the saved spec I am using saves to my local 'My Documents' folder. Is there any way I can either create the specification or refer to it on a shared network location so that any user of the DB can run the export routine successfully>

    Regards,

    Breedy

It is the file that is being saved that you are referring to, surely? Access stores specifications within the database file.

not used them for exporting but take a look at schema.ini files which are used for importing.
