    Reporting between specific dates

Please see the attached spreadsheet for data. This spreadsheet is an export from an access query.

The reporting will need to be grouped by Facilities Unit and/or Account number (the last two columns in spreadsheet).

I need to create a report to run on specific dates and any data that occurred before or after the dates entered will need to be excluded.

    Ex. I need to run Monthly reports (1/1/2016 - 1/31/2016), Quarterly reports (1/1/2016 - 3/31/2016), Fiscal year reports (4/1/2016 - 3/31/2017) or (7/1/2016 - 6/30/2017).

Based on the data from the spreadsheet if i was to run a monthly report the BegDate is 1/1/2017 and the EndDate would be 1/31/2017.
If line #43222 BegDate is 1/1/2017 but the EndDate is 2/5/2017, I would need to exclude the 3 working days (25-22) that occurred from the report. Instead of saving $8,493.46 we actually only saved $7,474.24. This would look at all line #'s that are under Facilities Unit (FP&D, Operations, Admin, & EH&s) or Account #'s

Line # Type of Leave Multiplier BegDate EndDate Workdays Salary Frictional Savings Facilities Unit Account 1
    43222 LWOP 1 1/1/2017 2/5/2017 25 88,575 8,493.46 FP&D 860646
    43222 LWOP 1 1/1/2017 1/31/2017 22 88,575 7,474.24 FP&D 860646

    Thank you for your help.

This is an Access forum, rather provide us information of what the Access tables look like so that we can help you figure out how to get what you need.
