    Access and google drive

I have a database that manages events and speakers. I want to put the database in a google drive folder for everyone to access. However, we have links in the database to files of pictures of the speakers for each event. The problem that I am having is that the file path is looking for my google drive.... >Alyson>Google Drive>Folder Name>File Name. If other team members want to see the pictures the files I link to will not sure because on their machine the file path is >TeamMember Name>Google Drive<Folder Name>File Name.

Is there a way for me to be able to manipulate the file path to go straight to Google Drive irrelevant of the username/team member Name on the machine that they are using.

I hope that this makes sense.

    Thanks for any input.

You either use full UNC paths,or web sit addresses.
