Report / Label Format Changing Issue

I have a report / label generated from an Access database that used to work fine in Office 2010 on my desktop but a recent upgrade to Office 365 causes the label formatting to change. Field labels are oversize and letters end up missing when printed. I might write this off as the change from Office 2010 to 365 except that I've been running Office 365 for a number of months and have never had an issue when I've printed the label from my laptop. If I pint from the laptop everything is fine. If I print from the desktop, not so fine. Has anyone seen this before and / or have any ideas for a fix? I've attached a pdf showing the difference.

In design view of both machines the font shows as Calibri 11. Note that before the upgrade to Office 365 the label printed fine from the desktop (with Access 2010).
