It sounds like you're doing double the work, when you could type directly into the cell.
    but
if you want do do it that way, when user enters the data, clicks a Save button,
the save button, runs an update query.
the update query alters the data in the subForm.
But how will the form know which record is to updated? (Hence the direct update method)

    Hi ranman, thank for reply.

No it not double work. That cell must be populate like so:

Most items in a row is complete directly. But last item - - > User click on button and other form opens. There many answers on this form and user select answer he/she wants and that answer must be transfer to that last cell of row that is selected....

I not know better to explain, can this make sense?

    thanks!

Ranman was right - run an update query. When the user selects a row on the subform you will know the value of the primary key (you could transfer it to the question form and have it available there). Then when the user selects an answer your update query will know which record to update.
