    Question totals query

hello all, can you help please,
I have created a query that contains the fields [id], [passed]
in the first instance of passed It contains the values of "acc" or "rej , I then placed the [passed] field on the query again and hit the totals button and made this a count totals , all works fine and I get
    [passed] [countofpassed]
    acc 7
    rej 2
as it should be , I want to use the values of the [countofpassed]

to fill two text boxes on a form how do I do this please

Not quite sure I understand what you've done, but presuming the form can't be bound to the query, you can get the values with a recordset or DLookup(). Typically when there's more than one value to get, I use a recordset so there's only one trip to the data.
