Is Access 2013 downward compatible with Access 2010?

I have an application developed with Access 2013 that does not work with Access 2010. Is there a fix for this?
    Thanks

Does not work is not much help. Have you used any of the new ac2013 features? What is not happening correctly?

Thanks for the replies. 2010 complains of a missing Reference "Microsoft Outlook 15.0 Object Library".

You should be able to resolve that by using Late Binding. http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/latebinding.htm
