Importing Monthly Excel File to Update Existing Employee Table

In my table i have a list of all active employees. Each month i receive a file from HR with an updated list of active employees... this file does NOT identify which resources have been removed/left from the previous month. And it does not identify who has been added. This is where i am needing your help.

How do I best cross reference my existing table vs the file i receive each month, and then update records of resource who have left the company since the previous month. And also add new records of the resources who have joined the company since.

Use the Query wizard and create 2 unmatched queries, one for each - those added (missing from your Employee table) and those who have left (missing from your import file).
