Summary Report in Report footer for 12 months of data

I'm building a report with 17 measures that are evaluated monthly. I'm using a query as my source for the report and placing all controls and labels in the report footer; however, I can't seem to get all the data to show beyond the first column, "Jan". In fact, "Jan" and the data for Jan shows up for the other 11 months as well. I hope that my explanation is clear.

What is the detail of the report that is based on the query? The footer is for showing one-off data controls only - is it a summary of the detail that you have put on the footer?
