Unhappy need advice (sorry if posting same question at 2 places

I am totally new to databases 100% zero background. I am given a task in my company to used MS ACCESS 365Pro and design a database for "Data Entry Forms". a stand alone application where different types are form to Enter Data and make it available as Print out. also data needs to be stored in a Database for any future retrieval.
I tried to explain my question but I don't know have I done it properly or not. Can anyone advice me just the outline how I can start it about backend and front end things?......I have started learning the basics of databases now and if anyone can guide me how to design from scratch about Data Entry Forms data base.....it would be a big help.

    best regards

You don't split the db until very late in the development process before you publish the system for others.

I would recommend working through the tutorials at http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/forum/forum46.html
    Actually do the tutorials.

    Then read
How do I Create an Application in Microsoft Access
    http://rogersaccessblog.blogspot.com...cation-in.html
    and
    Normalization
    http://rogersaccessblog.blogspot.com...on-part-i.html (5 parts)

Use a whiteboard, sticky notes, chalk on the driveway or pencil & paper to design the tables and set up relationships before starting Access.
Look at each form for the data you need to capture and store.
