    Email Query

    Hey guys,

I would like some help in making a query that sends an email to certain people picked by the user filling out a form by clicking on a button that says "send email" on the form at the end after the user has filled everything up. The form is pretty big, but I just need 5 fields, such as id, customer name, date, and some other stuff that will go on the email and then a combo box who the user is picking to have check the form, it is just a drop down of all the names. Depending on who they pick it will send an email to that person when they click the email button with the certain fields I want to be put. How would I be able to achieve this?

    Thanks!

SendObject would be simplest. You can grab the email address from the combo. You can build the body to include fixed text plus your fields:

    "Some fixed text " & Me.TextboxName & " more fixed text.
