Buttons not working in Access 2013

I have an application which used to work very fine when using access 2010.

Now we had to migrate to Access 2013 and the application is not working correctly.

I am able to enter my credentials and login to it but after this, there is a menu which only respond when selecting the value but double clicking it don't work.

The weird thing is that on another migrated computer, the menu buttons worked fine.

Is this related to some pre requisites installation?

Usually such a problem is related to differences in objects that are referenced by the database (VB Editor, Tools, References). To check for this you would need to open the database in design mode, open the VB Editor (Ctrl-G), then go to Tools / References. Look for any that may begin with "[MISSING]". It also could be a different version of a referenced object is on that computer than what is expected. A common Ref problem is with the Microsoft Windows Common Control.
