    In VBA Ms-Access, what is the difference between DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdRecordsGoToNew and DoCmd.GoTo


    In VBA MS-Access, what is the difference between the following:

    2)RunCommand acCmdRecordsGoToNew
    3)DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec

    Nothing really, except 1 & 2 are depreciated.

    IIRC, 2) is from Access 2 and 1) is from Access 95/97

    I only use: 3) DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec
