    Problem with a Crosstab query

    Hallo everyone,

I would like to see if you can help me with solve this issue.

I'm making a query but each result is shown in a different row, for example the record "wdf" is shown 5 times, in the way that I want is that "wdf" will be shown only 3 times and combine number "1", "2" and "3" (in red).

I will upload a photo with the explication of what I want, and any other aclaration just let me know Click image for larger version.

What does your source data look like. Looking at your crosstab doesn't do any good because you are including columns that are not part of your grouping and it's not clear what you expect to see, you're just showing the 'wrong' layout and not what you want it to look like.

Here is the DB, the crosstab query get the information from a normal query, and then based on the crosstab query I make a report that at the end I would like to have the information more simple.

    Here is some explanation, f
or example "ser" is 3 times in the table "linked companies" with "COROMANT" but if I take out this ID now in the crosstab query is only shown 2 times, this is I think because the crosstab query is showing only the "First" value, but I don't want the first value, I want all of them that are in the "Linked companies" table.

    Please find attached some photos.

    Hi everyone,

Today I found the solution for this, I have created a module and some others adjustments, if someone is interested in this just let me know and I will explain it.

    Thanks to everyone.
