Exporting Appts from Access Form to a Outlook Shared Calendar

    Hi,
I've been able to get the appointment to export to the Outlook Shared Folder and it spans over multiple dates when I need it to, the issues is if I change the date on the Access form and Add to Outlook again it doesn't replace the old one it adds a new appointment. I want it to replace the old one or delete it anyone know what code I need for that.
    Thanks!

You'd have to be more specific about your code and how you are defining the 'change'. If your table has an identifier in it and you include the identifier somewhere in the appointment you should be able to find that instance of the identifier, remove it, then replace it with your new one. If you are relying strictly on a date and description your only option would be to look for an exact matching description and delete it first, then replace it with a new one, but if your calendar can stretch over, say, 6 months, that could be time consuming.
