    Deleting certain information on Report

HI there, I have generated this report off a Query. This report is about incidents that have been noted and the progress of those incidents. As you can see the name of the student, date logged and matter (for the same student) has been repeated. I would like to have the name of the student, etc appear ONCE.

So, how can I delete the duplications?Click image for larger version.

Create a group header based on the student, put the 'student' related information in the group header then the detail elements in the detail section of the report.

Hey there, thanks for your reply. I actually found an easier way to do that. I went to the Property Sheet and changed the Hide Duplicates property to "Yes"
