Import data into Access from a CSV file

I have a file generated automatically from a vehicle tracking unit. The file is excel csv format but the data is organized in a very strange manner as shown in the attachment. I would like the report to be imported into an access table so that the table is a below:

    field Truck value 1
    field date value 01/09/2015
    field chemical value Aquareslin
    field rate value 1.470
    field driver value Carlos
    Field Route value None
    Field Miles value 24.3
    Field Acres value 544.5
    Field Ounces value 834

How do I go about doing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    Alan

Not sure what you expect or intend to do with the import.
Importing a report is really importing aggregated/manipulated data.
Perhaps you could describe the "business" involved and where this import fits.

you cant. That is a report. Access imports data.
If you can get the data then it will work.

There are apps to reverse this. It takes 'reports' and you assign the headers/footers , and outline where the data is, and the app chops up the report into data.
    THEN you can import it.

The report comes from a vehicle tracking unit used for mosquito control operations. I want to put the data into the format described automatically and import into a database that stores all spraying operations. The report just shows a single record of many spraying operations.

That's all the data that comes out. It is not really a report it is a single record of a spray operation that I need to store in a database
