Can relationships be defined only in each query, not in the Relationships window?

    Hello,

Can relationships be defined only in each query, while not appearing in the Relationships window?

I often change the name of a specific "original" table and then give another table that original name.
(For example, TBLFirst is renamed to TBLFirstOLD, and TBLBackUp is renamed to TBLFirst)

When I do this, there is then no relationship in the Relationship window. If every query defines the relevant relationship, is there a problem that they don't appear in the "master" relationship window?

    Thanks!

Yes, you can join any tables. They don't have to be in the relationships list.
