Simple Question: How to Lock Form Size

    Hello guys,

I have problem that has been frustrating me for hours now and I cant seem to figure it out. When I make my main menu form, I have a background image and I size and proportion the background the way I want it in design view. Then I switch to form view and its stretched to the max screen size. How do I make the form view match the sizing I specify in design view? Its a small welcome screen and I don't want a maximum full size form...

Here is what I have tried with no success:
-Event procedure, tried applying this to "on open", "on load", "on activate", and aothers: DoCmd.MoveSize X, X, X, X (replaced X with sizing but didn't work)
-Border style: tried dialog and thin
    -Auto Resize = no
    -Auto Center = no
-I played with lots of other fields in the property sheet too

This should be something very easy to accomplish, but after much googling it seems other people have had issues with this. I have a small AUTOEXEC macro running to open the main menu on start, all it does it open the main manu form so this shouldn't be an issue. I really appreciate your assistance and help.

Under Document Window Options (under File > Options > Current Database) do you have Tabbed Documents selected? This will cause Forms not set to Pop Up = Yes to open maximized ignoring DoCmd.MoveSize.
