What to put in criteria field for look up data

I am pretty sure there is an easy solution to this but I can't figure it out. I am trying to create a field criteria in my query. The data is pulling from a lookup field (or a drop down menu) so the table is calling the data type a number. There are 13 choices in the drop down and I need my criteria to pull only four of them.
Everything I have tried returns an error notice that says "Data type mismatch in criteria expression."

    Thank you for your help!

You might want to research/google lookup fields in access tables

Using lookup fields in Access tables is not a recommended approach.

    Good luck.
