    Exporting reports as pdf's

I run a number of reports for work each morning. They should run by themselves and once finished export as a pdf to a folder.

Recently they have stopped exporting as PDF's. The report runs and works in access but when it tries to export, i get this message

none of these reasons are relevant. So i have to open the report and export as pdf again manually- this message might appear again and it might take 10 times, but eventually it does export.

Is there a known issue. please help- this is adding lots of work to my day.

Running windows 10, access 2016 and adobe creative cloud acrobat DC.
