Weird Form Wizard behavior - won't show all three options...

Hi, worth mentioning, I am using Microsoft Office 365 - Access 2016.

Subject: "By using the Combo Box wizard, you can quickly create a drop-down list that lets you find a record on a form"

Problem: When I attempt to make a combo or list box using the Control Wizard I do not get the third option "Find a record on my form based on the value I selected in my combo box."

(Yes the "Use Control Wizards option is selected" is selected)

I have tried it in design view, layout view, in the header and in detail. All to no avail. Access's tutorial says to use layout and put it in the header. I cannot even see header in layout, only in design view.

Here is a graphic of what MS's tutorial shows then mine.

In my experience, you'll only get that option if the form is bound directly to a table.

I meant to say "seems to be accurate... I hate when I sound like a dunce...

    (From Wikipedia)
John Galt (/ɡɔːlt/) is a character in Ayn Rand's novel Atlas Shrugged (1957). Although he is not identified by name until the last third of the novel, he is the object of its often-repeated question "Who is John Galt?" and of the quest to discover the answer.
As the plot unfolds, Galt is acknowledged to be a philosopher and inventor; he believes in the power and glory of the human mind, and the right of the individual to use their mind solely for themself. He serves as a highly individualist counterpoint to the collectivist social and economic structure depicted in the novel, in which society is based on oppressive bureaucratic functionaries and a culture that embraces mediocrity in the name of egalitarianism, which the novel posits is the end result of socialistic idealism.
