conditional Formatting with short Time in Report

I have a very simple db (Attached). In the report which generates a 'Courier Arrival Report' which shows the arrival time for specific locations in short time (24hr). How do I apply a conditional format to indicate when a time is greater than the set time in the conditional format rules?

    Example:

A conditional format to indicate an arrival past 18:30 hr, would turn the background red when a report would be generated.

    Unable to attach file

assuming your report recordsource includes a field called say 'settime' and you want to turn the 'arrivaltime' control back colour red if it is later than the set time then the conditional formatting would be

    Field Value is....Greater Than....[Settime]

then set the back colour as required

Note that the format of a control does not affect the underlying value - format is just what it looks like

You may be able to attach the db after compacting and zipping.
