    Merge duplicate rows in report

Hi, I am a beginner at access

I am attempting to create an approved supplier report which can be printed/forwarded to all staff. The report contains all suppliers with their point of contact(s), which can be greater than one.

I am attempting to merge all the duplicate suppliers in the report rather than hide them, like you can do in excel, and show all contacts. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks
    Meg
