Hello, I have question, how can I handle text from outlook message in access. Then the text from the letter will get to the table and distributed according to specific column.
Attempting to import the content of emails into a database is very difficult to achieve. There is nothing embedded in the product and as a custom solution it would be highly advanced and very fragile. I would not attempt it. Some time past there was a service for data via email with InfoPath but that also is obsolete.
An excel attachment via email is more viable - as it is the import of structured data. But today data entry from remote locations is best done via a web service/application - - and then that data/table can be imported into a local database.
