"Name conflicts with existing module, project or object library"

I have a complex database for a Bible College. Data is house in one database on the network. Queries, forms, reports, are housed on individual PC's. I have a copy of the program on the network, and was trying to modify one form. I deleted the form from access on my PC, and then tried importing it from the copy on the network. I get an error message, saying "Name conflicts with existing module, project, or object library." I click OK and get a message "No current record."

I don't understand, and don't know what to look for. There are not any objects in the object list (left panel) that have the same name. I've tried renaming the form in the copy that works, but it changes back to the same name right after I type the new name.

    HELP!!

Access may be confused. (it can in certain conditions)
Compact and repair and try importing it again.
