Running a query more than once with Different Criteria every time

Hi All,

im think of adding to my database the functiomn of emailing PDF documents for multiple people

i have written the query and i can manually input the values i need but this is so time comsuming
How do i automate this for say 20 people

query is called qryExportPDF and the field that i input the value into is called Name

use a form and some code

field that i input the value into is called Name

name is a reserved word, so recommend you change it before going any further. See this link for a greater understanding
