    Delete Duplicates

    Hey all:

Relatively simple task, but I'm struggling.

    I have this table

    Allen
    Beth
    Curt
    Allen
    Diana
    Beth

And I want it to look like this

    Allen
    Beth
    Curt
    Diana

Suggestions? I know I should use a query, but I am struggling.

You would use a totals query, and Group By on the name, which Access will automatically do when you click the "Totals" button in query design view.
