Updating a report

Is it possible in MS Access 2010 to make updates on a report.

By that I mean if a report shows someone has an expired say, PropertyPass and they got it recently updated, then
somebody with the correct level of user privilege can update the report.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Essentially, no, not in Access. You could export the report to a Word file, and change it there, but I wouldn't recommend that. It would be far better to update the source data and rerun the report.

Modifying a report after it has been produced could conceivably get you into any number of rather messy situations you would rather avoid.

Reports are read-only. If a report is in Report view (where you can interact with controls), you could use a double-click or something to prompt for the new data, programmatically update the underlying table, and requery the report so it reflects the updated data. Not for the faint-of-heart.
