    Make subform ID fields invisible?

How do you make subform ID fields invisible in form view? I was able to make those fields invisible in the form. But I was not able to make those fields invisible in the SUBFORM.

    Steps I took were:
Went to property sheet, under the format tab selected visible/no. ID fields still are visible in form view in the SUBFORM.

if you never want to see them, just delete the control - it won't affect the performance of the subform providing the ID is in the form recordsource

It must be a datasheet - it's the only view I'm aware of that exhibits this behavior. You can delete it if it's not being referenced by some action that happens with the form, such as running a query. If you need to keep it, just drag the right border of that column all the way to the left border. You could format the column (not control) width in the subform current event to ensure no one sees it, but unless it's top secret stuff and needs to be there, it's not worth the effort.

Thanks to all who responded. Deleting the control worked, which makes sense because now I can see how it's not needed on the subform.
