Hi All,
First, please let me preface my question so that it's clear that I'm referring to the Access Web App, NOT the desktop version of Access. What works easily in the desktop version is usually quite cumbersome in the web app.
I have a multi-user Access Web app database that I have up and running for a sales team. The problem I'm running into is creating some simple queries so they can see their potential sales by product and quarter. I need the query to display about 10 fields and then do a simple summation of $ for the product totals. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to achieve this simple task. If I create a Summary View, I'm limited to only showing 4 fields which is practically useless since two of my fields are needed for security so that each person can only see their own orders.
Has anyone figured out a way to get totals for a multi-field query to work?
