    A Simple Query Question

At work (Windows 7-32 bit/Access 2010) a coworker oversees a database with thousands of records. The database was designed by an outside firm that was contracted for the job, so we are not aware of why some things were done the way they were. Regardless, she has a query where there are several columns, and one column shows data chosen from a combo box. Each item in the combo box has an ID #. It is # 12, and the associated verbiage is NA. She wants to go into Design view of the query and tell the query not to include those items with NA (there would be around 600 records with this). We tried several expressions but are not getting anywhere. I've done a lot of basic expressions on other reports but they don't involve items with the ID #s. We just need a simple expression to not show NA, but I'm wondering since it is has it's own ID # if we are doing something wrong. I apologize that this isn't written at a higher knowledge level - I'm extremely rusty with Access. We are just looking on how to construct the expression. Thank you.

From this the implication is you want to exclude in your criteria using <>12

Can you show us the query (SQL view) involved?
To get the SQL,go to DESign; then SQL View-- you can copy and then paste that sql into your post.
