I know how to link an outlook folder to an Access table; but it seems to contradict everything I know about access. It's just one big data dump. If I split the table up into Addresses, Phone Numbers, etc. is there a way to create a link from an Access Query back to Outlook? Also, Outlook as the data dump shows, requires you "map" the fields to show up in particular cells. It does not allow for multiple, unique types of phone numbers, etc. It has space for 3 or 4 numbers total.

Any advise on using outlook for this? I would really like to be able to use the filters to create custom groups beyond the abilities of Outlook.
