Adding reference to Microsoft Excel 14 Object Libary and Excel 16 at the same time

I have Office 2016 at home, where I'm making my program. When I got to work, it wouldn't work, and I'm assuming it's because we use Office 2010. The reference said something like, "Missing: Excel 16", so I went and chose Excel 14, and it worked.

How do I make it so that my program will work both on Office 2016 and Office 2010 (otherwise I'm going to have to look in to see if I can downgrade my office from 16 to 10).

    Thanks.

I would suggest Late Binding: http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/latebinding.htm
