    List Box

Newb Question! I have a list box that contains all the field and values of a table I have; these table contain the fields: Student ID, Surname, First Name, Gender, and Year Level. The fields Gender, and Year Level are fields that use the value of another table i.e Table.Gender and Table.Year Level. Before, I had a problem where the list box only showed ID and not field values I wanted of the fields Gender, and Year Level, I soon fixed this by writing up my own Row Source , but now the problem is that there is a repetition of fields. There are 8 rows for the same name. Each year level having 2 gender with one name. Any suggestions to fix this? (Sorry for the lengthy post since I really need the all the help I can get)Click image for larger version.
