Problem with deletion of a record having mandatory fields

Example: I have a database with 100 fields, all of them are mandatory (to avoid blank cells). Suppose I create a new record, and after entering 10 fields I realize that I need to delete this record. Now, access does not allow me to do anything till I enter all the 100 fields and complete the record.

Is there a way to allow deletion of such half-complete records with mandatory fields?

I presume you mean a table, not a database?

short answer is hit the esc key

Sorry for the confusion. I did mean a table.

Hitting the esc key makes the pop-up box disappear. But, it reappears when I try to delete the record (row in the table). Basically, I am not able to click anything in access until I complete that full row in the table.

hitting the esc key undoes what has been done, so rather than trying to delete, hit the esc key and eventually the row will disappear.
