How to select a specific row of data from a query to update another table

I have a query that returns multiple rows of data. Need to be able to select a single specific row and import all of that rows data fields into an existing table. Ideas???

Display that query's data on a form, and you'll have a lot more control. Depending on your specifics, from a form you could use a recordset or append query to copy the data into a table.
