    Logging TIME

We have a venue we rent for restricted access for members. The renter must log in, log out. NOT just date because at the end of the day we need to know the TIME they left.

When I create a field I have the option of DATE/TIME. But I have never see Access handle TIME.

The same would be necessary for employment IN & OUT for Payroll.

Can someone show me how to handle TIME? PLEASE

In the properties for the field, click on the format box and make your selection. Time is the decimal portion of a date. See this link for an understanding of Time and Date values in Access
