Question Multiple columns report for multiple year data possible?

I have data for 3 years that I'd like display across the top Year 1, Year 2, Year 3

Each year has Estimate hours, actual hours, actual cost

So right now I have the data stored by pay period, Year1EstHours, Year1ActualHrs, Year1ActualCost, etc.

I would like the pay periods down the left hand side (just numbered 01-26) and the actual data for that pay period displayed across top

    PP Yr1Est Yr1Actual Yr1Actual$$ Yr2Est Yr2Actual Yr2Actual$$

    01 5 10 $ 125.00 7 6 $58.00

Will access print a report in this format?

    do you mean 3 fields only: yr1, yr2, yr3
    or do you mean
5 or more fields / year?

if the latter, make a table with the fields how you want the report to be,
then in a macro, run several append queries for each year appending data to the correct colulmn.
then the report will run a SUM of all the columns ,to remove blanks and total each.
