printing out forms

I am trying to print out some forms on Access 2010. The problem is that only the form header
prints out - nothing else.

There are a lot of text boxes and combo boxes on the form, but none of them show up in the

printout.


It also shows up this way in print preview.


How can I get the whole form to print out?

Check "Display when" property of form detail and other elements that are not showing on print preview. It should be set to "Always" if you want it to be printed AND displayed.

I assume you mean the display when on the property window. I put my form in design mode and then checked display. It
was already selected on Always.

I then went back and put in it form mode and printed it out. The same thing happened. It did not print anything, but
form headers.

I think if you search on the internet (as I did) then you will find this is a common problem, by that I mean not printing out anything but header in form mode.

I just do not know how to fix it.

Any help appreciated.

Never happened to me (perhaps because I don't print form, that's what reports are for). Can you upload your db?

Actually don't bother uploading it. After a bit of googling I found it's not printing by design so probably nothing you can do about it.
Have a look here.
But that being said, combos and textboxes should actually print...
