create query from both fields in table

I have an existing table that includes 2 fields. One with room numbers and other field with phone numbers. I have a combo box that when selected the corresponding phone number appears in an unbound text box.

I need to create a query that will display both fields from table. I can only view the room number field. Phone number field from same table will not display in query. On the title appears with no content.

Did you include both columns when you created the combo box? If you did, then check the column width settings for the combo box - it sounds like the first one is zero. Setting both to non-zero values will display both columns.

Thanks for your reply: I only included one column. (room numbers). The phone numbers are in an unbound box. I would like my query to show both the phone numbers and room numbers in their own fields on the datasheet. thanks
